Mike came to assess two outdoor grills,: one large and one regular size BBQ.   They had been left behind by past tenants and both looked disgusting but we had been told they were usable.  He gave them a thorough going over, checked if they worked properly and gave us a good assessment of their condition and our options. We chose to have him immediately clean the smaller grill. He did a terrific job and we were very pleased. Highly recommend him."
